Are you ready to start your own project?

Now that you have all the tools and resources to be successful in a rehab, are you ready to start your own? At the end of your class you have the opportunity to do your own investment project. You will have the option to do a group project with someone you select, an individual project or shadow one of our current projects

PURCHASE INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITY (based on availability)

• For individual projects using one of the resources covered in class we will help you find and secure the right property as well as walk you through the financing, unless you have your own resources. As an individual we will provide the property opportunity but you will seek your own financing. But as part of the class we will provide hand held assistance for up to six months.

• For group projects you will collectively fund a project with other group members or with Keeping Keys as a partner. (project will vary) Must know if you want to work as an individual or entity using a traditional bank or hard money and refer back to the lessons. As a group project must decide if you want to use a traditional lender or hard money. If hard money must create a business entity as well as an operating agreement.

• The third option is to be a financial investor in exchange for a percentage of the return. The initinal investment would be whatever amount you are comfortable with. For example if you put in $2000 which is 5% of the total cost then you would received 5% of the total profits.

If you are not comfortable with any of those there is the option to shadow a project led by one of our contractors so you can get a better feel for thing.

For each option you will have access to all information regarding the project including all documentation and budget info to any email or other correspondence relating to the property.
